COMES was the only company up to the challenge of site survey, inspection, manufacture and installation of 78 steam pipelines across 10 kilometers for a local refinery.
The complex field project started at the time of the refinery’ shutdown in 2023, and will continue during each overhaul by 2025.
Our scope of supply
- checking the technical condition and repairs of above-ground pipes inside and outside process units, underground pipes and fire mains;
- assembly, disassembly of valves and safety valves;
- design works - repair projects;
- execution of new pipe prefabrication;
- execution of scaffolding at the mounting positions and disassembly of thermal insulation;
- dismantling the pipes that are replaced from the position, dismantling the thermal insulation;
- execution of concrete supports as well as of the concrete arrangements, canals, gutters, in which pipes from the technological installations are mounted;
- mounting the pipes in position in accordance with the execution projects;
- execution of heat treatments, non-destructive tests and all necessary checks for conformity assessment;
- execution of pressure tests, blinds and technical assistance to start the Plants.
