When contacting COMES SA, your name, surname, email address, date of birth, gender, profession, postal code and field of activity are requested. Entering CVs on our website and in the contact forms facilitates our access to your personal data.
Responsibility for processing personal data

The legal basis, purpose and term of personal data processing
Based on obtaining the consent of the person concerned for the processing of personal data, they are processed according to art. 6.1 letter a.) of the GDPR. If the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract, the processing is carried out on the basis of art. 6.1 letter b.) of the GDPR. If the processing is necessary in order to fulfill a legal obligation, it will be carried out according to art. 6.1 letter c.) of the GDPR. If the processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by COMES SA, it will be carried out according to art. 6.1 letter f.) of the GDPR.
The purpose of processing personal data is to facilitate the recruitment of personnel for our company on the comes.ro website, respectively to offer candidates the opportunity to search for a job by applying to job advertisements.
Since the persons targeted for the processing of personal data belong to the active category on the labor market, the data provided by them will be processed until the end of the purpose for which they were collected, respectively until their withdrawal from the labor market, respectively up to the limits imposed by law.
During the processing, the data subjects have the right to request the cessation of data processing at any time.
In order to avoid any abuse regarding the storage of personal data, unlocked CV data will be kept for 1 year from their provision. Also, information on users’ applications older than 1 year will be removed from the database.
