mechanical design engineering, raw materials supply, fabrication, CE Stamp certification, seaworthy packing.
COMES will produce 30 heat exchangers for the new cathode materials production plant for the production of electric vehicle batteries of the largest car manufacturer in Europe.
The order is currently in the raw material procurement phase, and delivery will be made in the first quarter of 2025. The value of the supply contract is 1.5 million euros.
Through this partnership, we join an important initiative to support European industry in reducing carbon emissions and strengthening technological independence. We are proud to contribute to this large-scale project, which reflects our values and vision for a better future.
A global materials technology and recycling company, operates a cathode materials production plant for batteries in Poland. It is recognized as the first large-scale cathode materials production facility in Europe, thus covering the growing demand for electric vehicles (EVs) and green technologies.
The transition to electric mobility brings significant environmental benefits, energy efficiency and long-term cost savings.
Transport is one of the main sources of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in Europe, contributing almost a third (around 30%) of total emissions, according to the European Environment Agency (EEA). This sector is essential in efforts to reduce pollution and meet the European Union’s climate goals.
The transition to electric mobility is a necessity for a sustainable future. Integrating these solutions into everyday life, supported by technological advances and favourable policies, can accelerate the global transition to cleaner and more efficient transport.
